How long does it take to get paid after my vehicle is picked up?
You’ll receive payment within 2 hours of the vehicle being picked up if you have the title. If you don’t have the title, we’ll pay off any remaining balance and send you the difference.
What if I have a loan payoff on my vehicle?
No problem! If you have a loan payoff, we’ll handle the payoff directly with your lender as soon as your vehicle is picked up.
What if my car is under a lease contract?
We’ll take care of the lease buyout and pay you the difference if applicable. Our team will handle all the details with the leasing company to make the process easy for you.
What happens if my vehicle is damaged during transport?
You’re completely covered. Once your car leaves your driveway, we take full responsibility for any damage that may occur during transport.
How do I know I can trust 911 Buyers to pay me?
Our paperwork is a legally binding contract, which means we are required by law to pay you as agreed. You can feel confident that you’ll be paid as promised.
Will you buy my vehicle if it’s not running or has mechanical issues?
