How long does it take to get paid after my vehicle is picked up?
You’ll receive payment within 2 hours of the vehicle being picked up if you have the title. If you don’t have the title, we’ll pay off any remaining balance and send you the difference.
What if I still owe money on my vehicle?
No problem! If you have a loan payoff, we’ll handle the payoff directly with your lender as soon as your vehicle is picked up.
What if my car is under a lease contract?
We’ll take care of the lease buyout and pay you the difference if applicable. Our team will handle all the details with the leasing company to make the process easy for you.
What happens if my vehicle is damaged during transport?
You’re completely covered. Once your car leaves your driveway, we take full responsibility for any damage that may occur during transport.
How do I know I can trust 911 Buyers to pay me?
Our paperwork is a legally binding contract, which means we are required by law to pay you as agreed. You can feel confident that you’ll be paid as promised.
Will you buy my vehicle if it’s not running or has mechanical issues?
Yes! We buy vehicles in all conditions, including those that aren’t running or need repairs. Our offer will reflect the condition of the vehicle.

No, you don’t need to clean or detail your vehicle before selling it. We’ll handle everything once the vehicle is picked up.
Do you buy cars from out of state?

Yes! We can arrange transportation and handle all the paperwork for out-of-state transactions.

What documents do I need to sell my vehicle?

You’ll need:


• The vehicle title (if available)
• A valid driver’s license
• Any loan payoff information (if applicable)

No, you must be the registered owner or have legal authorization to sell the vehicle.
How do you decide my vehicle's value?

Why can’t you pay me in cash?
For security reasons, carrying large amounts of cash isn’t practical. We’ll issue you a certified check or send the funds via wire transfer for fast and secure payment.
Can I cancel the sale after the paperwork is signed?

Once the paperwork is signed and the vehicle is picked up, the sale is final.

How long is my offer valid?
Our offers are typically valid for 7 days or 300 additional miles — whichever comes first. If anything changes with the vehicle, the offer may be adjusted.
